At MUG 2024 next month, Gus Vasquez of Argus Media will give insights into how the operational start-up of the new expansion to the Trans Mountain pipeline to Vancouver has opened up a new world of possibilities for heavy Canadian crude exports to reach new destinations. But so far it has not been smooth sailing as logistics have proven to be challenging, and it appears to be a little too early to fully understand how the economics will look in the long term.
