Hawai'i Nature Center presents year-round programs for children, ages 3 to 11. Environmental educators lead science-based nature encounters, project-based teamwork, wildlife discovery with math, science, english and the arts. Topics include: climate change, the ahupua'a ecosystem, native species, and cycles of nature. Raised in Wyoming's outdoors in a family that loved to camp and hike, her formative experiences of sharing and caring for the land have led her to become an environmental educator at Hawai'i Nature Center.
