Construction for the brand new Coretz Common Shopping Plaza is finished and the center is open for business! We started designing this project in late 2021 and construction finished recently in February 2024. With the help of Hawkins Construction Company, Colwill Engineering and Van Wagner Structural, we renovated the entire exterior of the façade of the existing 120,000 s.f. retail shopping center, demolished the existing retail box for the new 40,000 Grocer retail building and relocated Tuesday morning to the opposite side of the center with addition. We also reworked the sidewalks, curbs, and landscape islands. Here are some shots we took of the project. We are super excited about this, go check it out!
