Last week (October 3), we had our 3rd (of 7) HawkSoft User Group [HUG] FALL Regional Meeting of the season - held at HawkSoft's corporate offices - another sold out meeting! It was certainly special for HawkSoft team members to have their customers IN the building - a first-time big customer event! But maybe not the last time! We invited almost 50 employees to come to have breakfast with almost 50 agents - a great morning! Thank you to all the agents who attended, as well as the 5 partners/exhibitors (Edge, ePayPolicy, Lightspeed Voice, ValChoice, and Peoples Bank) for supporting HUG and our meetings, and to our presenters (Sean Hawkins, Paul Hawkins, Sarah Blanco, and Michelle Hancock)! The HawkSoft User Group [HUG] Board of Directors just hosted its first-ever "Owners Retreat" (hopefully an annual thing) in beautiful Vail, Colorado where HawkSoft agency owners could come together to learn and grow and network with other independent insurance agency owners (all using HawkSoft as their agency management system). Agency owners built long-lasting relationships, enjoyed the Fall colors, shared nightly dinners in the village, learned from the best (Carey Wallace and more), learned how to build strong teams, identified their "Everest", increased their capacity for HawkSoft 6 migration success, were vulnerable in sharing their failures and successes, developed business partnerships with new vendors, selected a special gift, and had some fun along the way!
