The Reliant Excellence in Quality Award was developed to recognize therapy teams nationwide for quality in post-acute rehabilitative care. This award identifies and awards key performers for clinical outcomes across disciplines and as a team. The top 10 percent of Reliant facility teams nationwide are recognized with a Reliant Excellence in Quality award.
