This award identifies and awards key performers for clinical outcomes across disciplines and as a team. The top 10 percent of Reliant facility teams nationwide are recognized with a Reliant Excellence in Quality award. Cypress Cove Care Facility received the highest score and recognition as a top-division winner. The Rehabilitation Team at Cypress Cove Care Center is proud to receive this award for the incredible outcomes achieved for the residents and citizens of Citrus County.
