Job Alert Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Augusta, GA 30901 Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, as well as providing guidance and support to our team of behavior technicians. Responsibilities: 1)Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify strengths, deficits, and treatment goals. 2)Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). 3)Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members. 4)Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed. 5)Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications: 1)Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. 2)Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. 3)Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. 4)Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based interventions. 5)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
