Our team had a fantastic night celebrating at the Indy Chamber Monumental Awards, where our Indiana University Indianapolis Dunlap and Health Sciences Renovation project took home the Achievement Award in the Engineering category! Thank you so much to our partners arcDESIGN for your creativity and inspiration, which really brought these spaces to life.   HEAPY provided MEP and fire protection system design services, transforming the Health Sciences and Dunlap facilities into a state-of-the-art health sciences facility and out-patient Family Medical Center. This multi-year project featured high-performance HVAC systems for reduced energy usage and prioritized wellness with lots of natural light and improve indoor air quality. Our colleagues collaborated with the entire team to develop a creative phasing approach that allowed the renovation to occur without interrupting operations inside the occupied facilities.    What an incredible journey collaborating with our partners to make this happen! Welcome Jake Lynch and Anna Moore! 🎉 Jake is a Mechanical Designer, in Columbus, on our Education Practice team with experience in education, commercial, and transportation markets. He’s a proud OSU and Bengals fan and enjoys music, golf and volunteering at local 5K races.   Anna joins our Building Optimization team in Cincinnati as a Practice Coordinator.
