Heartland Alliance International is seeking a qualified Iraq-based evaluator to collaborate on a midterm evaluation for one of our flagship projects, funded by the U.S. State Department’s Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons (JTIP). The project aims to enhance services and support for victims and survivors of trafficking in Iraq.   This evaluation will be conducted in partnership with HAI (i.e. semi-independent). For complete details, please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).   Application deadline: Sunday, October 26 at 17:00 (Arabian Standard Time)
