🌟 What an amazing few days connecting with the future leaders of dentistry at the University of Washington! 1️⃣ We kicked off with a lunch and learn focused on dental contracts, helping the Class of 2025 and 2026 gain clarity on critical aspects of their future careers. After lunch we were able to see students from the class of 2028 in their new element. It was exciting to see their dedication and enthusiasm as they practiced clinical wax-ups. 🦷 2️⃣ In the evening, we gathered for a dinner with 18 talented students from the Class of 2025. Grateful to have Heartland Dental-supported doctors, Dr. Terri Zweber and Dr. Palena Datskiy, share their unique journeys to joining Heartland. Their insights on mentorship, growth, and work-life balance resonated deeply with everyone. 3️⃣ We wrapped up the week with a fun-filled vendor fair on Friday night, where students showed off their creativity in Halloween costumes. 🎃 A big shoutout to our Stanley Cup winner, Woody from Toy Story! 🏆 Engaging with such driven and talented individuals reminds me why I’m passionate about dental recruitment.
