Hearts to Homes is pleased to announce that the Coalition for Hispanic Family Services (CHFS) is our newest referring partner. Established in 1990, CHFS is New York City’s only Latino foster care and family services agency. CHFS’s programs, which include foster care, address family needs comprehensively and within a cultural context, with the goal of moving those they serve towards self-reliance. We are incredibly grateful to CVE North America for selecting Hearts to Homes as the recipient of their 2024 Social Impact Grant - a grant which will directly impact the lives of 18-20 young adults in need. It was a pleasure for our Executive Director, Mary Theresa Gill McCombe, to meet their team in person and learn more about CVE's commitment to corporate philanthropy.
