This highly insightful conference underscored how critical the early years are - and how we are literally shaping the future every day 💚💪💙

Thank you, Essex Police Department, for your recent visit at Heartworks Essex Center Road and bringing our "Friends, Family and Community" theme to life 👮 Children were fully engaged in learning how police support our local community - and they especially enjoyed watching their new drone fly above our school, which allowed us to see the playground from a different perspective 😎

Last week's CHILD Conference continued our annual tradition of gathering together for a festive celebration of the field of early education 🙌 Seamlessly blending professional development initiatives, outlets for creative expression, and dedicated time to pay homage to one another, we look forward to winding down the summer each year with this refreshing burst of energy - which also serves as a reminder of the immense impact of our professional calling - before the traditional school year begins 🙂🏫🤩 From the "process over product" exercises, the multitude of team building activities, the breakout sessions devoted to all of our age groups, the safety-centered trainings and more - thank you to everyone who helped launch yet another successful CHILD Conference 💚💙💚
