Since 1973, HEI Civil has been a preferred, full-service heavy civil construction partner for our clients. Located just south of Denver, CO, our expertise includes highways, bridges, commercial, residential, oil field, site development, dams, reservoirs, parks and golf courses. From design build turn-key development of your project, to civil general construction for your entire project, we are happy to be a subcontractor to your GC or CM for the earthmoving and underground utility portions of your job.
