Pause and reflect with Heller in the heart of NYC. Heller is proud to contribute to Shantell Martin, Inc. the Path: A Meditation of Lines presented by Times Square Alliance This piece transforms the bustling Broadway plaza into a space for contemplation, featuring Martin’s signature black-and-white drawings. Spanning 160 feet, the mural/walking path invites visitors to navigate its intricate lines while reflecting on themes of self-discovery. Heller was honored to provide Heller’s Limbo Chairs and Gehry twist tables for attendees wishing to pause, sit, and reflect amid the buzz of Times Square. The installation is accessible 24/7, accompanied by guided meditations, performances, and an audio guide voiced by Martin Photos by Michael Hull. Courtesy of Times Square Arts. Did you know that the colors of Frank Gehry’s Left Twist Cube are inspired by the architect’s flower sculpture for French artist Sophie Calle? Starting with his hallmark silver, the colors for the Left Twist Cube had an unexpected effect, inspiring his firm to “put more color into our architecture.” Even his own office in LA featured a colorful collection of his designs for Heller.
