When Marcela Sapone and Jessica Beck first had the idea for Alfred in 2014, they simply wanted to create something impactful together. Ten years later, that intention led them to shape an entire industry, build the first comprehensive resident experience app for multifamily residential, the first tech-powered management platform for institutional property owners, and become the first tech company to acquire a property management company - RKW Residential.
