"From securing the necessary inventory to accommodate new customers to providing fill-rate analysis, my role is to facilitate connection – primarily between sales and inventory management. Recently, I was consulted to support a customer in need of supply chain optimization. After fully assessing their space, systems, staffing, and processes, we came up with comprehensive recommendations that will generate significant efficiencies and cost savings to the customer. By bringing together the right teams, we were able to build a framework that will help others succeed. Every link in our supply chain is crucial to assuring our customers can provide exceptional patient care, and I’m proud to be a part of an organization that has full trust in us, each step of the way."
