Introducing the next generation of woodworkers to the exciting world of functional hardware! In a constant effort to educate students on the various innovative applications of functional hardware in their industry we invited them to visit our booth at IWF. The Pittsburg State University Wood Product Manufacturing students stopped by and our Territory Manager Damien Willcott began the tour by showcasing various hinge line designs and their applications. We then explored the different styles of slides and drawer systems we produce and those available in the market. Next, the students experienced our application display, featuring innovative products such as push-to-open cabinet doors and drawers, and Illumination options for both wood and AvanTech drawers. We wrapped up the tour by discussing future innovations, including advancements in sliding line systems and the Furnspin. We emphasized that the industry is constantly evolving and encouraged the students not to settle for standard norms. To conclude, we addressed any questions or comments and allowed the students to revisit any products that particularly interested them.
