Our handcrafted wood pegs are created in-house by our skilled artisans to specifically match the look and feel of our box beam offerings. These pegs measure approximately 1″ in diameter, and are available in all of our colors. They are made of real cedar, and are designed to fit into holes drilled using a 1″ Forstner bit. #hewn #hewnelements

Inspired by history, our "Settlers Cabin" is designed to look like hewed edge boards with chinking. "Chinking" was used to fill gaps left between logs with clay, mud, sand, and other available materials. This siding is made from sustainably sourced cedar, and the chinking effect is done on the tongue reveal of each board, making for quick and complete install.
