Today, we’re excited (and a bit nervous) to share something we’ve been working on, born out of our own frustrations and dreams. We’ve all been there—sitting through endless onboarding sessions that feel disconnected from the actual job, and enduring the hunt through scattered internal documents to find the information we need. It was through our own experiences of "shitty onboarding" and the clear lack of engaging, ongoing employee training that the idea for heyTrain was sparked. We asked ourselves: Why can’t there be a simple, effective way for every company to build its own internal academy? That’s where heyTrain comes in. We’ve developed an app that transforms your internal documents—be it sales presentations, technical documentations, or blog articles—into a structured, easy-to-digest training academy. Our goal is simple: to empower any company to support their employees' growth from day one and ensure learning is an ongoing journey. We believe that great onboarding and continuous learning are not just HR functions; they're the backbone of a thriving company culture.
