Your workplace should reflect the purpose of your work. Every organization has a purpose, aligned to their mission and vision, that drives them. We use design as a tool to unlock potential, aligning our designs with the organization’s purpose to deliver an authentic and impactful workplace. Here are a few examples: 💡 Culture | At General Mills, spaces for socialization allow for employees of all generations to get to know each other outside of meetings. 📸: Farmkid Studios 💡 Equity | At General Catalyst, zoning supports neurodivergent employees in selecting the space they feel the most comfortable and productive place to work in. 📸: Chad Davies 💡 Sustainability | Exploring the relationship between well-being and design, we developed a Healthier & Sustainable Interior Materials Selection Guide. 📸: Lawrence Anderson Studio 💡 Well-Being | At Dropbox, visual connections with nature reduce stress, amplify emotional functioning and improve concentration. 📸: Chad Davies 💡 Work Process | At Cushman & Wakefield, large format interactive screens provide a dynamic display to share events and brant content, allowing large groups to work together. 📸: Judy Davis Visit the link in bio to read a full Insights piece on the future of workplace 🔗
