"The new development, the largest residential project ever approved in East Lampeter Township, will feature 600 apartments across four, five-story buildings. Phase 1 will deliver 311 apartments with a pool and clubhouse, with Phase 2 adding another 289 apartments and 28 townhomes for rent along Willow Road.
