We heard some murmurs recently about Recruiter productivity being down.. 🤔 Topline metrics may suggest this is the case, but it's not giving us the full story. While hires per recruiter are lower (for obvious reasons: the market), we're seeing a surge in applications, interviews, and interview hours. Maybe we need to start thinking about quality over quantity 🤷♀️ It's clear recruiters are working harder than ever, despite smaller teams and fewer resources.
