Last week, Team Hilight was invited to participate in Louisiana PBIS Region 1's first PD of the summer: Relationship-Based Classrooms 💜 Over SEVENTY teachers made the trip out to Chalmette on their FIRST WEEK OF SUMMER to learn new tools and strategies for strengthening relationships with students for a powerful 2-hour session led by Donna Porter, M.S., CCC-SP and DJ Batiste. Just like Donna and DJ said, "Teaching is hardest job. They are willing to try and try and try and try."
