Rail and transit construction projects are complex undertakings and, as in many industries, railway technologies have become increasingly complex. Independent Safety Assessment (ISA) provides owners with an independent judgement, separate and independent from all railway engineering design, development, and/or operational personnel, attesting that the safety requirements for the project are appropriate and adequate and that the systems and civil works assets as well as Operation and Maintenance processes are compliant with those requirements. Learn more about ISA and see if this service could benefit your next project here: https://ow.ly/mjA750Tvg7u #HillInternational #RailwayTechnology #TransitConstruction #IndependentSafetyAssessment #RailwayEngineering

We recently joined the Salt Lake City Department of Airports at their "Blue Tie Gala" to celebrate four years of success in achieving The New SLC's Airport Redevelopment Program (ARP), a $5.13 billion effort to build a brand-new airport adjacent to the city's previous airport. Hosted in the breathtaking River Tunnel art installation, the gala was held in lieu of the formal black-tie event planned for 2020 and long postponed due to COVID-19. Thank you to Salt Lake City International Airport for inviting us! The gala coincided with the topping off the ARP's fourth and final phase. Phase 4 includes a 16-gate expansion of Concourse B to the east, along with new retail and restaurant spaces. Hill is proud to provide program management support services for the ARP, helping to plan and deliver a world-class airport. Discover how Hill is helping bring the ARP to life here: https://ow.ly/EyZV50TqHay Watch highlights of the topping out ceremony here: https://ow.ly/L47Y50TqHas Hill employees pictured are Charles Idehen, Edward Meigs, PMP, Jessica Privett, Calyx Hoag, Carmen Ronan, and Gregory Heinz.
