The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal (MSPBJ) reports that a once-bustling watering hole next to Interstate 394 in St. Louis Park’s West End is now vacant and on the market. “The biggest pitch is the billboard advertising that you have along Highway 394, there's very, very few opportunities in this stretch,” Jesseka Doherty, MidAmerica National Bank said. “To have that visibility right along the highway, be it restaurant or just general retail, is huge.” The building was erected in 1981 and is about 10,700 square feet sitting on a half-acre of land. The site is open for lease or ground lease. Meet Danny Gollin! Danny began his commercial real estate career with Hillcrest Development, LLLP almost two years ago. He started as an intern and was just so good that we had to make him an Associate. Danny does it all (think commercial real estate Swiss army knife), supporting many areas of the company but working primarily in Property Management, Leasing and Marketing. When he isn’t working, Danny and his new fiancé Layla are planning their wedding and playing/training with their one-year-old Cavapoo puppy, Kobe. Danny is also a captain for his ultimate frisbee club team and is the head coach for the girls’ varsity team at Hopkins High School.
