This summer, we had the pleasure of hosting six talented interns at Hilltop Residential! From underwriting to gathering market comps, they brought fresh perspectives and made a real impact. Four of our interns shared their experiences, highlighting the diverse learning opportunities they had—exploring the multi-family business, gaining hands-on property management insights, and contributing to quarterly reports. At the end of their programs, they showcased their hard work through Market Research Projects, where each intern focused on a specific sub-market, collaborating closely with our investment and fund management teams. We’re incredibly proud of their growth and grateful for their contributions. Thank you to our amazing team for making this experience so valuable and memorable!

On August 20th, 2024, our dedicated team at Hilltop Residential joined forces with Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) for a fulfilling day of community service with Agape Development in Houston, TX. Together, we tackled a range of impactful projects: organizing the storage unit at the Haven, weeding garden beds, clearing branches from the property, and painting a new fence. Every effort contributed to enhancing and revitalizing these community spaces. 🛠️🌿 A heartfelt thank you to Agape Development for their incredible partnership and for organizing such a meaningful event. Operation School Supply 2024 brought record donations for children returning to school this fall! Hilltop Residential teams collected 16,733 school supply items this July. Items were distributed directly to 17 local schools and 3 larger collection organizations. Additionally, 16 Hilltop properties distributed supplies to the children and teachers living on their sites. This initiative was a beautiful display of our core values of unity, service and charitable. We are grateful for our vendor and resident support as well as the creativity and hard work of our Hilltoppers to make a significant impact.
