Meet Stephanie C. - Executive Meetings Manager here at Hilton Sandestin ☀️ Stephanie joined Hilton Sandestin as the Front Office Rooms Controller in October 2018 after relocating from Texas. Prior to this, she completed her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Houston Conrad Hilton School of Global Hospitality Leadership and the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, which provided her with a solid foundation in the industry. Stephanie's role at Hilton Sandestin has allowed her to fully immerse herself in the dynamic world of hospitality. She is passionate about interacting with clients and takes great pride in building relationships with both new and returning guests. She states that “each day presents new opportunities to create memorable experiences and ensure our guests feel welcomed and valued”. Meet Johny A. - Assistant Director of Housekeeping here at Hilton Sandestin 🌊 Johny began his journey with us at Hilton Sandestin in 2015. After spending a year with us, he returned in 2019 because he felt it was the perfect place for him to grow and continue learning. According to Johny, he wasn’t wrong—Hilton Sandestin has been like a school for him, both personally and professionally. As the Assistant Director of Housekeeping, he shared that one of the most fulfilling aspects of his role is witnessing the growth of his team. He takes great pride in building strong relationships with his team members, guiding them, and helping them unlock their potential so they can continue to thrive within the company. Our team spent #TravelWithPurpose week volunteering at one of our local nonprofits Food For Thought Outreach 🍊 At Food For Thought their mission is to help local kids who are food insecure receive meals on the weekends, when they don’t have free or reduced breakfast and lunch provided to them. As our team was packing bags for the schools in our community the team noticed us they were short a few cans of soup, our team jumped into action and off to Publix they went to grab (just about every can) soup for the remaining bags. The holiday season is approaching and our team at #HiltonSandestin is asking that you take the time to consider donating to Food For Thought or a local charity similar to theirs in your area.
