    “You ask some really hard questions early in the morning!” 😂 You know you’re doing your job in gathering brain food for the #PeopleAnalytics community when Dawn Burgess says this to you. Jokes aside, the September DataDriven council meeting was one of the more dynamic conversations. We discussed: - HR’s challenges with #ROI in technology investments - How one-person #PeopleAnalytics teams with limited access to c-suite can garner sponsorship for PA projects and initiatives - Career paths for PA professionals - The importance of context and assumptions in analyzing data for People Analytics - How to stay up to date on industry trends with a full-time job Dawn, Jennifer, and Konstantin shared plenty of wisdom nuggets during that hour, and I’ve organized some thoughts into a quick preview for you as we continue to work on content and formats to make people analytics accessible and practical to everyone, regardless of where they are on the analytics maturity curve.
