Earlier this week, the Hampden House project team celebrated a huge project milestone - substantial completion of brickwork on the 25-story high-rise apartment building in Bethesda, MD. The project team hosted a celebratory BBQ lunch for the brick masons to recognize this key achievement. Their craftsmanship and commitment to excellence have truly transformed this project into reality. Reflecting back, just earlier this year the project reached the concrete top-out milestone. Seeing the building transition from concrete top-out to brick substantial completion has been an incredible experience.
