We were all smiles during the best kind of meeting last week, breaking bread and sipping cafecito while discussing Hispanic Unity of Florida, Inc. (HUF)’s Emerging Entrepreneurs program. In this program, mentorship via The Venture Mentoring Team from people like Rafael Garzon and HUF Board Member Lucia Rodriguez guides business owners to take their companies to the next level. Together at the table with Elizabeth Dorante and Mailen Palacin, the passion they all exude for this program was paramount. There is so much care for the entrepreneurs they’ve developed relationships with, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals. Most recently, a cohort of ten people enrolled in the program, covering topics like strategies for revenue growth, business plan development, marketing, and opportunities to address questions specific to their company.
