As HLW enters its 140th year, we’re welcoming a new era of leadership. This historic change to our Global Leadership Team will advance HLW's legacy of innovation through collaboration, codifying the commitment to integrated leadership at an international scale. The new Global Leadership Team includes the appointment of three new Managing Partners: Ed Shim, AIA, NCARB, Sejal Sonani AIA, and Bennet Dunkley, AIA, RIBA. Joining them are John Mack, AIA, FIIDA, Senior Partner, as well as Cristen Colantoni and Bronte Turner, who have both been elevated to Senior Principal, and Patrick Kinzler, Managing Principal. Together, this team will shepherd HLW's next generation, exploring ever-meaningful design solutions, and chasing climate action holistically. On behalf of our Global Philanthropy team, we’re reflecting with gratitude on our work in 2024. It has been an honor to make an impact for a variety of organizations, students, and communities. Here is how we showed up: - Our teams conducted several in-person and virtual mock interviews for students and provided detailed resume feedback. - Students gained an in-depth understanding of the various facets of the ACE industry through hands-on design and learning experiences. - During on-site visits, we listened to two heartfelt messages from CEOs, where we learned about the transformative work their teams are doing to combat discrimination, foster creativity, and drive positive change. - We hosted over 40 students for an interactive workshop on branding, provided one-on-one development coaching sessions, and mentored students in the role of Program Associate.   Thank you to everyone who contributed to these efforts. Slàinte Mhath! Our London office just wrapped their 5th annual Burns Night complete with dinner, a private whiskey tasting, and riveting conversation. In our recent work with Venable LLP, Spark was tasked with illuminating a new era at the company through careful and intentional lighting design. The lighting scheme balances plentiful daylight at the perimeter and maintains a bright and open feel as one moves throughout the office. Highlights include a dazzling custom installation in the elevator lobby and stunning glass barrel pendants that suspend sixty feet through the central connecting stair. Since its launch, we've been buzzing with excitement about PGATOUR Studios! Come take a closer look at the facilities. HLW designed the interiors which includes Production Studios, Control rooms, Post-Production suites, Executive Screening rooms, Talent suites, Newsroom, a café, and open workspace. Our teams collaborated to provide a space that compliments the new HQ building, maximizes access to natural light, and offers alternate workplace solutions for the technical staff.
