This 80,242-square-foot, craftsman-style facility offers 87 private residences, including memory care. Thoughtfully designed to foster comfort, independence, and community well-being, the space features amenities such as a café, dining room, library, theater, and wellness areas. Residents can also enjoy courtyards with walking paths, tailored for both assisted living and memory care. Originally built in 1987, the Gantt District Fire Dept is replacing its existing Station 2 with a new 8,294 sq ft facility. The two-bay station will feature living quarters, a kitchen, a fitness room, and modern utilities. Progress continues on the Positive Place Club addition at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Lanier. This 25,000-square-foot project is transforming the campus with a new club and gymnasium, creating space for 250 more kids and offering high school teens hands-on educational opportunities to explore career interests. The facility includes classrooms, a STEM lab, arts center, culinary space, and more designed to inspire and equip the next generation. In one of his final official acts as the Director of Operations for YMCA Camp Greenville, Nicholas Patton helped Austin Eckles, PE re-install the cross at Pretty Place. Thank you to everyone for your patience as we complete the restoration of this beloved place.  The new benches are currently being installed, and the landscaping will be completed the week after Christmas!
