At HOLLOWAY AMERICA, we are incredibly proud of the precision and teamwork that went into fabricating these custom 10 Liter Bioreactors. Though small in size, these vessels were anything but Ordinary. The complexity of these vessels pushed the limits of standard custom fabrication. With multiple tight tolerance connections and an intricate design specifically tailored for laboratory and R&D use, the challenges went beyond what is typically expected, with finished tolerances below 0.001” on some areas of these vessels.     Additionally, many steps of the process were performed out of the standard sequence, which demanded an exceptional level of craftsmanship to ensure each component fit perfectly. The dedication and collaboration of our machining, fabrication, and design teams allowed us to overcome these obstacles and deliver a final product that not only meets the highest standards of quality but also left the customer blown away, saying, “We’ve never seen craftsmanship like this from any of our other vendors.”     This is just one more example of how HOLLOWAY AMERICA consistently raises the bar in precision manufacturing for biopharmaceutical equipment. The ICreate Manufacturing Career Day & Industry Showcase at Ozark Technical Community College was a resounding success! We had the privilege of connecting with students and showcasing the exciting world of manufacturing at two HOLLOWAY America stations. At Al’s station, students learned about the Flex Arm tool and even tried tapping holes in metal plates. Though some were initially hesitant, they quickly gained confidence after seeing how user-friendly the process was. At the second station, students were introduced to something truly special—a limited-edition, custom stainless steel Holly the Holder. The students started with Thomas in engineering, where they received a certified drawing and viewed a 3D rendering of Holly’s design. Dustin then demonstrated the CNC machining process, followed by Jesse, who completed the fabrication with a live welding demonstration, bringing Holly to life. Some students even had the opportunity to try their hand at welding. At the end, students left with their own stainless steel Holly, a one-of-a-kind keepsake. In addition to the demonstrations, several more HOLLOWAY team members were on hand, engaging students in meaningful conversations about careers in manufacturing. Lacey, Hank, and Emily enthusiastically shared insights into the world of HOLLOWAY and the opportunities in our industry, while Randy, Ralph, and Ryan joined in to offer their expertise and inspire the next generation of skilled talent. We are thankful for the opportunity to inspire the next generation of manufacturing talent and proud to have been part of this impactful event. A special thank you to the staff at Ozark Technical Community College and the Plaster Manufacturing Center, as well as the Missouri Association of Manufacturers for organizing such a great event and for being incredibly helpful throughout the entire process!

HOLLOWAY had a fantastic time at the Rapid Networking-Manufacturing event hosted by Ozark Technical Community College today! Our team was excited to meet with OTC students and share insights into the world of stainless-steel fabrication.    Hank Ryan (Welding Trainer) introduced students to HOLLOWAY and our manufacturing process, while Isaiah Thompson (Welder) offered a unique perspective as a recent OTC graduate. Lacey Coleman (Human Resources) brought great energy as she highlighted what it is like to be part of the HOLLOWAY team. It was a pleasure connecting with the next generation of skilled talent, and we look forward to seeing how these students will help shape the future of our industry. Thank you to OTC for organizing such a valuable event!    Check out our available positions at hollowayamerica.com
