Building new lives for Orlando's homeless with Housing, Community Outreach and Awareness

About us

HomeAid Orlando connects the construction industry with front-line service providers to help end homelessness in Central Florida. Established from the membership of the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA), HomeAid Orlando is the 20th chapter of HomeAid America. Since 1989, HomeAid America has carried out the mission of "building new lives for America's homeless through construction and community outreach." The chapters of HomeAid America have completed construction projects for non-profit services providers totaling more than $230 million; industry expertise and in-kind support have saved those service providers over 40% of the cost of these projects. In the process, 10,500 beds have been added and more than 335,000 people have been helped in facilities built or modified by HomeAid chapter builders. While we are in the early stages of set-up, we encourage anyone looking for more information to visit the national website, HomeAid.org.
