Emma graduated with an Academic Honors Diploma and competed in the Academic Decathlon, Academic Super Bowl, Academic Spell Bowl, and Academic Quiz Bowl. She was also a Bradford Wood Plus Senior, National Honor Society tutor, member of the Martinsville Marching Artesians & Indoor Percussion, and participated in several theater productions. The recipient of the Home Bank Jim Johnson scholarship is Ciera Nelson! Ciera is a graduate of Martinsville High School. Outside of her schoolwork, she has dedicated time to First Baptist Church and their pizza tent at the fair, cheeseball fundraiser, Vacation Bible School, and White River clean up. Ciera also participated in mission trips in Kentucky, helping families that had experienced tornado damage. She will be studying education to become an elementary teacher. We are excited to announce Crimson Hickman as the recipient of the Home Bank JK Daily scholarship! Crimson graduated from Martinsville High School with honors and as the Valedictorian. She has been involved in Academic Superbowl, Academic Quiz Bowl, Academic Decathlon, Habitat for Humanity and was a Plus Senior at Bradford Woods. Join us in celebrating Crimson’s dedication and hard work. We wish her all the best as she begins her college career studying Biology/Pre-Med.
