In the latest cover story for Infrastructure Investor, our co-founder Pat Arnold spoke with Anne-Louise Stranne Petersen about the lack of offshore wind ports in the U.S., and how filling that gap will be key to the development of the domestic offshore wind sector. “When we look at the European [offshore wind] market, one thing that becomes clear quickly is how important supportive infrastructure and the mosaic of things that help get turbines installed in the ocean are…We saw ports, particularly given the role they have in Europe, as important to enable that transition,” Arnold noted.
