    HomeSphere's Jessica Pappas just got back from Montana, where she visited with builders around the state, both on our program and new to HomeSphere. Pappas is regularly on the road, visiting builders (and other industry partners!) in her region, which covers Utah, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado and Montana. Our regional market specialists are unique to HomeSphere, and frequently travel their markets with the simple goal of helping builders add more to their bottom line.     Stop what you’re doing and give Katherine Wartell a round of applause! 👏 She’s celebrating five years with HomeSphere! Katie first joined the team as our content marketing specialist, putting her writing chops to work on everything from social media to email campaigns, blogs and so much more. In 2021, she leveled up to become our builder channel marketing manager and a key partner to our sales and product teams. While clearly a content guru (she’s usually the voice behind our posts, but not today!), Katie could add an unofficial degree in pop culture and music to her resume — it’s now a tradition around here to swap Spotify Wrapped playlists every year. When she’s not making us look wildly stylish, she’s probably hanging with her cats, Pepper and Plum, and binge-watching supernatural horror movies with her husband, Logan. We’re lucky that Katie is part of Team HomeSphere.

    Mid-market builders are experienced modestly weaker conditions in July over June according to our latest State of the Industry Report, created in conjunction with BTIG. While some builders are seeing renewed activity due to lower interest rates, the overall sentiment remains cautious, particularly in Florida. Other state-specific results show that South Carolina and Indiana are performing well, while Texas presented mixed results and Arizona's market remained solid. Operations Manager Heather Lepley was there to accept it, and we're proud to welcome Dostie Homes as our newest HomeSphere builder.
