Hope Blooms

Last week, we made our first-ever Petal It Forward delivery to Wahpeton, spreading joy beyond Fargo-Moorhead! This was made possible by a generous grant allowing us to reach more North Dakota communities outside Fargo-Moorhead. We visited the Benedictine Living Community-Wahpeton & The Leach Home getting to visit with residents and even getting our own music show! We are so grateful for this opportunity to expand our mission and brighten even more lives! 💜

We had some green thumbs in the shop last week when the Three Rivers Garden Club visited us! The ladies created more than 50 bouquets and sponsored our Petal It Forward deliveries to the Benedictine Living Community-Wahpeton & The Leach Home in Wahpeton. Thank you, ladies, for putting your flower knowledge into action and creating many, many smiles for seniors in our community!

Thursday, March 20 6-7 p.m. Saturday, March 22 10-11 a.m. Handmade is an ongoing series of joy-filled do-it-yourself, crafty projects that inspire creativity, connection and contentment. All class proceeds support the mission of Hope Blooms: inspiring hope, happiness and connection through repurposed flowers!

Recently on a Petal It Forward visit to Edgewood in Fargo volunteers delivered over 120 bouquets to residents, sharing flowers and connection with residents. During our visit, we had the pleasure of visiting with Hildegard, whose warm smile and kind words always brighten our day. She showed us the greens from a bouquet we delivered two years ago! Pictured is Hildegard, sharing the greens which she has lovingly kept alongside the fresh blooms we brought this time. 🌿 These visits are a great reminder of the connections we create through flowers and the smiles created - not just to the recipients, but to those delivering as well! 💜

The team from @Insight Dental is used to being smile makers and they spread multiple smiles last week at Hope Blooms! 🦷😁 The group created 60 bouquets that were delivered to West Fargo Eats. delivering a message of JOY to community members receiving a meal. More youth giving back this week at Hope Blooms! The Fargo North Key Club visited Hope Blooms and created 64 bouquets for Edgewood Senior Living. Thank you, Key Club members, for spending your evening at Hope Blooms and sharing hope and joy with community members! Thank you Fargo Kiwanis for investing in our mission and sponsoring the day of delivery.

The Fargo Youth Hockey-Fargo Freeze 15U Girls Hockey team put their teamwork into action at the Hope Blooms shop! The girls created 70 bouquets delivered to Soul Solutions Recovery Center & PAM Health bringing hope and comfort to recipients.
