💚 A heartfelt thank you to Olivespa for their unwavering generosity! Through their Olivespa Gives Back initiative, Olivespa has been a longtime supporter, donating one bar of soap to House of Refuge for every three bars sold each quarter. Just this year, they’ve donated over 350 bars of soap, spreading comfort and care throughout our community! Congratulations on the grand opening of your new Phoenix store! If you’re in the Phoenix area on November 2nd, we encourage you to stop by and discover all Olivespa has to offer. Thank you, Olivespa, for being such a compassionate partner!

A Heartfelt Holiday Message from Jan As the holiday season rushes in, we invite you to pause and reflect on the families in our community facing homelessness. Our House of Refuge board member, Jan Newton has witnessed firsthand the life-changing impact of our programs. Every day, with support from compassionate individuals like you, we see families move from crisis to stability. Meet Symone, a single mother of two, whose life has been transformed by the stability and care she’s found at House of Refuge: "Since moving here, I’ve published my first novel and bought my first car—things I never imagined possible. House of Refuge helped me create a future I can be proud of." This holiday season, we need your support to continue providing safe housing, comprehensive services, and a brighter future for families like Symone’s. When you make a tax credit gift, you’re not only changing lives—you’re also reducing your state tax liability. Your gift has the power to transform lives. Every donation counts! At House of Refuge, we are so inspired by the incredible progress shared by one of our participants: “I’ve made incredible strides since starting the House of Refuge program! My reflection shows so much growth, from returning back to school, enhancing my financial skills, securing a better job, setting goals, and improving communication with my children. There’s a lot to be proud of. These accomplishments make me feel good about myself and I continue to set new goals every day thanks to House of Refuge.” We are proud to walk alongside those who are determined to build brighter futures for themselves and their families! #SuccessStory #Empowerment #HouseOfRefuge

Meet B, a mother of two teens. When B first joined our program, she shared: "I never thought I would find myself homeless. It hurts, but I'm determined to work hard for a house." In that moment, her daughters (17 and 15) embraced her, saying, "Mom, we aren't homeless anymore. Stop crying." This touching scene captures the heart of our mission - helping families rebuild their lives and find stability. B's determination and her children's support show that with the right help, new beginnings are possible. We're honored to be part of B's journey and excited for her family's brighter future. #HopeRestored #FamilyStrength #NewBeginnings #FacesofHoR
