HIC Land would like to welcome our newest team member, Amanda DeBlasi. Amanda joined HIC Land, LLC in October 2024 as their Senior Accountant. She will be responsible for the accounting, reporting, and financial analysis functions within HIC. Prior to joining HIC, she began her career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Baltimore, Maryland before moving to Charleston, SC in July 2020. Since living in Charleston, Amanda has gained her accounting experience working for companies such as the Medical University of South Carolina as an Accountant/Fiscal Analyst in the Department of Medicine, Development & Construction Accountant at Greystar, and a Senior Accountant at energyRe/Related Companies.  Amanda grew up in Westport, Connecticut and earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland. #HICLand #LandDevelopment #Accounting #Charleston #Welcometotheteam

AJ is originally from Maryland but has lived in the Myrtle Beach area for the last ten years. He has spent the last three years working in the public sector as a District Manager for the Horry County Stormwater Department. Prior to his employment with Horry County, AJ attended Coastal Carolina University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in marine science. #HIC would like to welcome Mason Cloy to the team! Mason will be working as a Land Development Manager in the greater Savannah MSA. Mason has spent the last 6 years in the construction space. Prior to construction, Mason dedicated 6 years to the US Army as a Ranger. We are eternally grateful for his service and are proud to employ a US veteran. Mason was also a 4-year Letterman as an offensive lineman at Clemson and a three-time member of the ACC Academic Honor roll. HIC LAND spent over 2 years negotiating this project and can’t wait to start moving some dirt.
