We understand that the key to building great relationships with our franchise community is to partner and develop great relationships with our strategic vendor partners. Recently, we completed a tour of stores in several markets so our vendors, Interplan LLC - National Architects & Engineers and KaTom Restaurant Supply, Inc., can better understand our stores as we look for continual ways to improve our design and construction phase. Collaboration amongst our Real Estate team and our Design and Equipment partners allows us to look at angles of the site building and layout. This experience was invaluable for both teams, allowing us to dive deep into the specifics of each store format and operational challenges. We had an engaging time educating our partners on all aspects of HTeaO’s operations, from our unique product offerings to our customer service philosophies.

We are so proud of what our team at HTeaO has been able to achieve in just 6 months since the implementation of Tattle across all locations! The results have been phenomenal! Most importantly, we can measure feedback and results, track them across the brand, and analyze them at the location level more effectively than ever before. Some key highlights to shout out: Nearly 10% increase in guest satisfaction 10.8% lower incident rate than industry average 90.1% survey completion rate (3X increase in guest feedback volume!!)
