It creates a foundational peace, allowing us to engage with the process of growth without desperation or fear. The stillness that follows is not empty; it is charged with potential. It is here, in this quiet space between states, that we can truly connect with "I have the inherent resources to grow." This is more than an affirmation—it is an opening to the vast landscape of possibilities that lie within us. The key to growth in life is personal growth. The desire to see our colleagues succeed and grow, to be a true teammate, to have the ability to show respect and kindness to others, requires self-confidence. Self-confidence requires introspection. Self-confidence, the healthy kind, is the key to understanding that no one conquers the world alone. One year ago, I started an exciting Growth Agent adventure alongside Marc Siles Aligué and eight outstanding colleagues from Orkuveita Reykjavíkur, with support from my best bosses at Carbfix. All this wouldn't have been possible without the amazing group that shared it with me, as well as Ellen Ýr Aðalsteinsdóttir and Reynir Guðjónsson, who were our guiding lights throughout.
