𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 🦺 On the occasion of this week dedicated to safety and health at work, we would like to highlight a few initiatives we develop throughout the year at HTL Biotechnology to enhance the safety of our teams: 1️⃣ 𝐄𝐱𝐨𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐧: This new piece of equipment, currently in the testing phase, supports our operators in repetitive manual tasks, reducing strain on the arms and pelvis. It is an innovation integrated into our plant, promising to make daily work easier and less stressful. 2️⃣ 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫: Thanks to a better organization of critical information (accidents, risk sheets, single document, etc.), we facilitate access to the basics and risk awareness at each workstation. 📂 3️⃣ 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐏𝐏𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒: Goggles and chemical sleeves have been introduced to improve safety at workstations when splashing hazardous products. This equipment protects the face and forearms in particular. 👓🧤 4️⃣ 𝐄𝐫𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: At the end of the year, we plan to switch from belts to harnesses for the assisted ventilation system, offering enhanced comfort and ergonomics to our teams. 5️⃣ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: After a trial phase on our site, new training courses will be rolled out at the end of the year to ensure that every operator is fully trained. 🎓 Because safety is a daily commitment, we continue to innovate and improve our practices to protect everyone. ⚠️ #SafetyAtWork #HealthAndSafety #SST2024 #Prevention #PPE #SafetyInnovation #ContinuousImprovement #HTLBiotechnology
