For over a century, the Huber family has been committed to growing #sustainable businesses to improve people’s lives today and build toward a better tomorrow. The Easton facility exemplifies this commitment beyond the town the facility calls home, by volunteering and donating to more than 10 surrounding communities. The team has donated funds that support high school project graduations, homeless shelters and animal shelters and has participated in coat drives, food drives, silent auctions and educational programs. See what our Easton team has been up to below.

At Huber, excellence is built from great teamwork. When our team comes together away from their tasks it's a win for our culture. Matt Minchew, DE&I Program Leader, shares his recent experience connecting team members.
It was great spending time with Huber Engineered Woods crews at our plant in Spring City, TN last week. In addition to our unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency, we are also committed to continuous improvement across all areas of our business - including culture. Throughout J.M. Huber Corporation, we are learning new ways to increase employee connection and sense of belonging. Thanks to this group for their engagement and teamwork! #huberculture #IBelongatHuber

Meet Billy Fogg, finishing area manager at our Broken Bow plant in Oklahoma. Billy has been part of the Huber Engineered Woods family for 18 years and over the past decade, he's created furniture and other pieces using AdvanTech and ZIP System products that have been recycled. After making several baseball bats for his colleagues, he started creating flags by taking AdvanTech products, camouflaging them and assembling them to look like American flags. Other pieces he has created in HEW offices include tables, shelves, walls and countertops. We're constantly encouraged by the creativity of our team and can't wait to see what Billy does next.

When we build a new facility, our work goes beyond the Huber walls. See how our team is investing in the Shuqualak, Mississippi community: https://bit.ly/3zwgVEO #HuberHelps
When Huber invests in a new location, we aren’t just investing in our business – we're investing in the local community at large. More than 1,200 students near the future location of the new Huber Engineered Woods (HEW) mill site in Shuqualak, Mississippi will get to participate in Project Lead The Way (PLTW) programming thanks to a $150,000 donation from Huber Helps. This funding will send 20 local teachers to training in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) this summer, allowing STEM programming to be implemented for the 2024–2025 school year. “This incredibly generous donation will go a long way to bolster our schools and students in Noxubee and Kemper counties,” says Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves. “I’m thankful that we have incredible partners like Huber who not only bring fantastic jobs and great business to our state, but who also generously invest in and support their local communities.” Read more about our commitment to the long-term success of the Shuqualak community here: https://lnkd.in/enhtYmgX #HuberHelps #ProjectLeadTheWay #Education #CommunityEngagement https://lnkd.in/eYxkX5NT
