💥 NEW STUDY: Nearly 85% of Americans report their companies have not invested financially in recruiting racially diverse employees since June 2020. In fact, BIPOC are 2x as likely to have experienced workplace discrimination related to their race or ethnicity. Hue's report released today, “State of Inequity: Building A Brighter Future for BIPOC at Work,” showcases inequities caused by a lack of corporate action over the past three years and provides data-backed solutions to address these gaps.
