Humble Beginnings Counseling and Consultation Services provides mental health services in the form of life coaching and consultation. We strive to meet your mental health needs through holding virtual mental health sessions. Life Coaching and Consultation includes work with the current and future concerns of an individual, couple, family or group. This does not include direct care of traumatic experiences. We will work closely with your mental health therapist to ensure that we are addressing all aspects of care needed.
