Navy SEAL Veteran & Entrepreneur 🔱 Helping 100,000 veterans start or buy their 1st business 🔱
Another edition of veterans helping veterans. Here's one that doesn't stink (there's a pun in there, I promise). I'm constantly preaching to anyone who will listen: the veteran community is unparalleled in how well we support one another. A couple weeks ago, Justin K. Moore from Agoge reached out and asked if I'd try his hemp-based protein. I'm a Team Guy. I like protein. And I really like veteran entrepreneurs. So, of course, I said yes and absolutely loved the stuff. I always give credit where credit is earned, so I posted about it to make sure Justin got the attention he deserved. Well, Chris Beres sees the post and introduces me to Humble Brands, Inc.. He was employee #2 and has had a rockstar career post-military. If anyone has military transition questions, this guy has done it right. Being a bit of a hippy former SEAL married to a very woo-woo woman (charging crystals under a full moon level of woo) this stuff is right up my alley. All natural, skin loving products that don't pump you full of chemicals AND that are good for the environment. You've got my attention. To prove it, he sends me a these Black Spruce sticks of deodorant and I have to say they're pretty darn good. What other groups, organizations, alumni, etc. have this level of support among people who've never actually met? And which ones have people from every walk of life and every level of business and government? None. My ask is that you give these guys a follow 🔔 and keep sending the elevator back down for all the veterans grinding to make awesome businesses. And no, Humble isn't a paid advertiser.
