It is with great pleasure that we welcome, Cinthia Duarte to HUMM Creative as our new Finance + Administrative Manager. 🖤 We celebrate her joining us, but also value and celebrate her hispanic heritage! 🇲🇽 🇲🇽 🇲🇽 Cinthia is a proud Latina, born in Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico, and raised in South Monterey County. Her immigrant parents had a profound influence on her life, instilling in her a strong appreciation for education. This motivation led her to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Monterey Bay. Growing up in a Hispanic familia, Cinthia developed a deep sense of work ethic, learning that "hard work paves the way to success and that pushing beyond one’s limits can reveal untapped potential." One of the things she loves most about her #Mexicanheritage is the generosity of its people, always willing to lend a hand, even with limited resources, and the strong emphasis on family. Every time she visits #Mexico, she’s inspired by the beauty of handmade crafts and the simplicity of life, which brings so much joy. Cinthia also finds joy in her marriage and in being and a proud mom of three daughters—her oldest is 8, and her twins are 6.
