The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour is excited to announce a new program that gives qualified individuals the opportunity to own, run, and manage their own territory to host HJGT events. We have put together an in-depth program and qualified individuals can leverage our established proprietary infrastructure and expertise to host events in a designated territory that is available. This program has been executed in China, India, and Canada over the past few years with great results. 15-year-old McKenna Nelson has been on an incredible journey over the last 9 months. The Beaver Dam, WI native overcame a rare heart condition to become the first Wisconsinite to ever win the Drive, Chip and Putt Nationals when she won the Girls 14-15 Division at Augusta National in April. Nelson has competed in 21 HJGT events over the last few years, and she has dominated every division she’s played in. She has finished Top-5 in 18 of 21 tournaments and has won seven of them. Sales associate intern Alyssa Sansone is studying sports administration with a minor in marketing at the University of Cincinnati. "I have thoroughly enjoyed my internship," Alyssa said. "I'm gaining a valuable experience and developing key skills that will be helpful in the future." When asked which fantasy world she would like to live in, Alyssa said Alice in Wonderland, because it's "a world with talking animals!" That would certainly make for an interesting time! Sales associate intern Sarah Higgins is studying sports management at Indiana State University and is a big St. Louis Blues fan. Her favorite sports memory was watching the Blues win the Stanley Cup in 2019. Sarah enjoyed her time working remotely, as she felt it brought her discipline with the need to stay on task and stay on schedule. One of Sarah's biggest accomplishmenets this semester was that she generated over $65,000 in revenue for the organization with her diligent sales efforts. "I would have to pick Harry Potter." Sarah answered when asked about her ideal fantasy world. "It would be so cool to have magic and be a wizard." Can't disagree with her on that one. Who wouldn't want to be a wizard?
