Jonathan Gliet, our skilled leader in the field, efficiently guided his install team from start to finish, ensuring a clean and effective project completion. Following this, the team conducted a factory-trained startup, successfully getting the school's hot water system up and running as designed. Team Hutchins HVAC Inc recently accomplished an exceptional feat by executing a complete unit and controls changeout for a long-time client, even during off hours on Rosh Hashanah. With the valuable assistance of Glen Kritch for the crane pick, the team seamlessly replaced a 25-year-old RTU with a state-of-the-art AAON, Inc. RN-025. The skilled team handled the replacement of both supply and return transition pieces, rewired local controls on a different floor, conducted a successful factory startup, and integrated the unit with the local schedule for service. Looking ahead, the site’s BMS company can now easily connect to the unit via BACnet, allowing for flexible operation either locally or under BMS control.
