Private Service -Senior Project Manager, Family Office -Boston, MA.         Seeking a Senior Project Manager for a HNW Family Office. This position is based in Boston, however, will travel for projects throughout the East Coast. This person will serve as the liaison between the principal and the design team, you will aid the principal in choosing design contractors, interior designers, and consultants for projects. You will create and manage projects, budgets, and invoices. You will engage in contract negotiation with vendors, work with the legal department and ensure best pricing. This is NOT a remote role, as it is based out of the family office in Boston. This role will oversee and lead the construction of private residences, guest homes, custom home projects, barns, horse arenas and general remodeling projects. You will act as the owner’s representative ensuring the principal’s best interests are upheld in all real estate and building projects. Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of experience in a similar role in UHNW private service. Strong experience in luxury residential is a MUST! A degree in architecture, engineering or construction management preferred. A Massachusetts Construction Supervisors license preferred. Experience with East Coast landscaping design helpful. Additionally, you must be able to handle multiple projects at once, be extremely detailed and understand the needs of a HNW principal. This position requires a full background check.
